In the Netherlands, Sander Lubberhuizen, THREE C project partner and expert on biochar implementation strategies, just spoke at the “Carbon Removal conference” in Utrecht.

At the conference, participants took part in six parallel working sessions to create a roadmap for each of the six topics leading to realising the potential in 2030, followed by drinks and networking.

The number of participants was even higher than expected, and attention to the issue of carbon reduction and related measures is increasing.
